Synopsis

Marielle Heller, the director behind the beloved Tom Hanks-led A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (2019), returns with a sharp bite. But Nightbitch (2024) is more than a catchy title. The film is based on a novel by Rachel Yoder where a new(ish) mother is already at her limit: her husband is not around, her career has been put on pause, and the neighbouring mums seem to prefer rivalry over support.
